Spring is the season for hats. At a small Wilkinsburg shop called "A Woman's Touch," several friends and customers showed up on a recent Saturday to model a few of the selections that are popular this year. Owner Leah Thomas says the southern tradition of wearing hats is working its way up north. And what's hot this year? "Anything that blings," she says. And bows. Lots of bows.
